Made with love in Austin, Texas.

My cookie journey began with a passion and a picky eater.

My son would only eat chocolate chip cookies for dessert, and I wanted to be the best mom, so I decided I wanted to make the best cookie ever for him. This is how my journey began.

I enrolled in culinary school for pastry arts. From culinary school, I spent two years at Mandola’s Italian Market. In that time, I learned more about pastries and bread than ever before; I also began developing my basic cookie dough recipe. Thanks to many years of testing (and taste tests by friends and family), I perfected my basic dough! My son became my biggest fan and I became Super Mom!

I then began another job that gave me an opportunity to sell my cookies on the side to Lola Savannah Coffee Shop. The cookies were a hit! They soon gained a following by the customers who loved them. This boosted my confidence and I began experimenting to develop the basics of what would be a truly Great Cookie.

Despite all this success, baking cookies was still a side gig for me. That all changed with the onset of the pandemic. I was laid off from my full time job, and this gave me the opportunity to turn my time and attention to my passion for baking cookies. I began selling them in my neighborhood, and, thanks to word of mouth, my cookies became an overnight success.

So here I am, happy to share my passion, my inspiration, and my love for this beautiful world through my cookies, my babies, with all!
